Gogoro 招募隱私政策

睿能創意股份有限公司暨其所有關係企業(以下統稱“睿能創意”)依據臺灣個人資料保護法(以下稱“個資法”)規定,向您告知下列事項,敬請詳閱:

  1. 蒐集之特定目的 基於人力資源規劃之徵才需要,為人事管理之目的【法務部所頒布特定目的項目代號002】蒐集您之個人資料,例如人才資料庫的管理、相關通知及契約或文件的作業等。
  2. 蒐集個資之項目(類別) 您履歷表上所載之相關個人資料,及前開表單中您實際上提供之相關個人資料。
  3. 個資利用之期間、地區、對象及方式
    • 期間:符合第一點特定目的存續期間及該存續期間屆滿後之合理期間,或相關法令規定或契約約定之期間。惟睿能創意保留縮短前述期間之權利。
    • 地區:中華民國境內及下述第3項之對象所在國家或地區。
    • 對象:睿能創意、睿能創意於台灣或國外之關係企業,或受上開公司委託為睿能創意或其關係企業處理、利用個資的第三方。
    • 方式:言詞、書面(實體紙本或電子檔形式)、電話、簡訊、電子郵件、其他合於當時科技之適當方式等,或任何符合相關法令規定或契約約定之方式。
  4. 依臺灣個資法規定,您對於您提供之個資享有以下權利,若您需要行使上述任何權利,請台端洽於睿能創意原投遞履歷之聯絡窗口或透過我們的電子郵件信箱(hr@gogoro.com)辦理:
    • 查閱或請求閱覽
    • 請求製給複製本
    • 補充或更正資料
    • 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用
    • 請求刪除
  5. 除必填的基本資料欄位外,您得自由選擇是否提供相關個人資料。就選填欄位(例如:是否有相關犯罪前科),您得自由決定是否回答。惟請注意,您若未完整提供相關資料,將可能造成無法辨識應徵者身分及通知招募相關資訊,或無法評估是否符合睿能創意招募條件等結果。
  6. 您於提供緊急連絡人、家屬成員、介紹人、推薦人等非由當事人提供之個資時,請務必確認已對該當事人告知,會將該當事人之個資提供予您應徵之公司,且各該公司將依法蒐集、處理及利用其個人資料。
  7. 同意書 經貴公司告知,本人已明確瞭解上述聲明及告知事項之內容,茲同意上開個人資料蒐集之特定目的、個人資料之類別、個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式、本人得行使之權利、不提供時可能造成之影響及告知緊急連絡人、家屬成員、介紹人、推薦人等之相關要求,並同意貴公司於上開特定目的必要範圍內蒐集、處理及利用本人之個人資料。
  8. 若您為未成年人,您應於您的父母親或法定代理人閱讀並了解本政策後始得向我們提供個人資料。若您或您的父母親或法定代理人同意將您的個人資料提供予我們,均將被視為您或您的父母親或法定代理人同意本政策。

Gogoro Recruiting Privacy Policy

This Gogoro Recruiting Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth how the personal data of job applicants (“You”) is collected, stored and processed by Gogoro Taiwan Limited and its affiliates ("Gogoro") in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Information Protection Act. Please kindly read them through carefully.

  1. The purpose of collection:
    For the need of recruitment based on human resources planning as well as for the purpose of human resources management (Code 002 of the Specific Purpose promulgated by the Ministry of Justice), such as management of the human resources database and relevant operation for notice and contract or paper work, your personal information is collected.

  2. The categories of personal information collected:
    Relevant personal information contained in your resume as well as submitted by you in the personal information form.

  3. Time period, territory, recipient and way of the use of personal information:
    • Time Period: the duration consistent with the specific purpose as stated in Paragraph (1) and a reasonable period after the expiration of such duration, or the period stipulated by relevant laws and regulations or provided by contracts; provided that Gogoro reserves the right to shorten the foregoing period.
    • Territory: in the territory of Taiwan (R.O.C.), and in the countries and areas where the target stated below in Paragraph (3) is located.
    • Recipients: Gogoro, Gogoro's affiliated companies in Taiwan or in foreign countries, or any third party commissioned by the foregoing companies to process or use personal information on behalf of Gogoro.
    • Methods: oral, written (physical or electronic), telephone, text, email or other proper ways that are consistent with the contemporary technology or the provisions of relevant laws and regulations or contracts.

  4. According to Taiwan (R.O.C.) Personal Information Protection Act, you have the aforementioned rights to the personal information you provided.If you intend to exercise any of the foregoing rights, please contact Gogoro through the contact window to whom you have submitted your resume or via our email address: hr@gogoro.com.
    • Right to any inquiry or request for a review of the personal information;
    • right to any request to make duplications of the personal information;
    • right to any request to supplement or correct the personal information;
    • right to any request to discontinue collection, processing or use of personal information; and
    • right to any request to delete the personal information.

  5. Except for the required basic information, you may freely choose whether or not to provide your relevant personal information. For the optional columns (e.g., any criminal records), you may freely decide whether to answer or not. However, please note that failure to completely provide relevant information may cause Gogoro to be unable to confirm the identity of the applicant and issue necessary recruitment information, or to evaluate whether Gogoro's recruitment requirements are met.

  6. When providing the personal information of your emergency contact, family members, introducers and referrers, which is not provided by themselves, please make sure that you have advised such parties that you will provide their personal information to the company you are applying for, and that such company will collect, process and use their personal information in accordance with the law.

If you are under the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, you shall provide us with your personal data only after your parents or your guardian read and agree to this Privacy Policy and provide your personal data to Gogoro.
